When we take time to explore inward, we can come to our world more fully, more generously, more connected.

What can you help me with?

Relationships

Therapy is all about relationships. Whether it be with a partner, family, friends, or work, we can find our selves in certain relational patterns. If you are suffering in your relationships, there may be a repeating dynamic to explore. This usually means understanding your earlier formative relationships and how they impact you in your current relationships. Many of us have early relational trauma which contributes to unconscious ways of operating. Bringing the focus back on you, we can explore these dynamics and what you are wanting and needing in relationship, so you can approach them feeling authentic and connected.

Anxiety and Depression

When something is not going right, our bodies let us know. Emotions can show up in symptoms related to our mood and body- whether it be anxiety, panic, depression, or somatic symptoms such as IBS, headaches, or fatigue. Good news is they are signaling you to get your attention. Together we can understand the wisdom behind your symptoms.

If unattended, anxiety and depression can start to feel crippling. Typically, they go hand in hand and reinforce each other. Both can take a heavy toll on our life force, our ability to grow and engage in the things we love, and our relationships.

Stress and overwhelm

Stress is necessary part of life, but often times it can start to feel like more of a chronic condition. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you may be able to pinpoint a specific trigger, but often times, it is a pervasive feeling and we can’t put our finger on the exact reason why. We may carry a feeling of stress or overwhelm into much of what we do. Therapy can help to slow things down and tease apart what might need some attention. Typically, when we are able to think about things with another person, we can start to feel more organized in our thoughts and feelings, feel more regulated in our emotions, and start to reflect more spaciously about what we are needing.
